Founded in 2019, ThirteenCreative was established by Bec Carew to rethink the role of talent representation.

We operate as a deliberately selective representation consultancy, working with agencies to ensure the right creative and production fit for each brief.

When time is limited and briefs are complex, we respond with relevant, thoughtfully matched talent and informed production guidance, shaped by experience across logistics, scale, timing and budget as well as creative ambition.

ThirteenCreative represents a carefully curated group of directors and production collaborators, championing distinctive voices in advertising while supporting long-term, values-led partnerships.

The consultancy is supported by experienced industry collaborators, with senior advisors engaged selectively to bring additional creative, commercial and strategic oversight. This layered structure reflects our belief that representation is built on judgment, trust and industry understanding.

Jacqueline Dobrin serves as Non-Executive Director, providing senior advisory support and strategic oversight, alongside Alice Gardiner, who brings extensive agency experience from Wieden+Kennedy and Spring Studios.
